The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) apply to all purchases made through the online store available at https://brainflowers.eu.
2. Scope and Acceptance of the GTC
These Terms govern the use of the webshop, the ordering and purchase of products, the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Merchant, as well as the conditions of payment, delivery, and cancellation.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the GTC.
3. Products and Availability
BrainFlowers offers downloadable, virtual, and physical self-development products (e.g., journals, workbooks, coloring books, printables).
All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed on the webshop.
The Merchant reserves the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time.
Digital products become available for download immediately after purchase; no physical delivery is required.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices shown in the webshop include VAT where applicable.
Prices are displayed in EUR (EUR).
Shipping costs (if applicable) are listed at checkout.

5. Payment by Barion
Online bank card payments are executed via the Barion system.
The Merchant does not receive or store any payment data (such as bank card number, bank account number, or digital wallet details).

6. Ordering Process

The Customer places the selected product(s) in the cart.

Before finalizing the order, the Customer reviews the order details.

Clicking “Place Order” creates a legally binding purchase contract.
The Customer will receive a confirmation email immediately after the order is placed.
7. Delivery and Completion Time
7.1 Digital products
Digital products are delivered instantly through automatic download links.
No shipping fees apply.
7.2 Physical products
If the webshop offers physical products, the average delivery times within the European Union are as follows:

Neighbouring countries of Hungary (e.g., Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania): 1–3 business days

Southern and Western Europe (Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, France): 3–6 business days

Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland): 5–7 business days

Other EU countries generally fall within the 3–7 business days range, depending on courier service availability.
Shipping times may vary during holidays or special periods.
8. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation)
(For EU consumers purchasing physical goods)
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the Customer or a third party designated by them receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Merchant via email: info@elmerengok.hu
Important:
According to EU law, digital products that are delivered instantly and downloaded after purchase are NOT subject to the 14-day withdrawal, provided the Customer explicitly agrees to immediate access.
The webshop obtains this consent during checkout.
9. Warranty and Liability

The Merchant guarantees that the digital files are accessible and functioning.

If any file is corrupt or inaccessible, the Customer must notify the Merchant, who will resend or repair the file.

The Merchant is not liable for printing issues caused by the Customer’s printer or device settings.

If the dispute is not resolved, consumers may contact the competent Conciliation Body.

These Terms are governed by EU consumer protection regulations and Hungarian law.

The Merchant reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.
Changes will apply from the date of publication and will not affect previously concluded contracts.
