about
I’ve always been wildly curious - people, stories, cultures, creativity - they all fascinated me. That curiosity led me to study psychology at PPKE, Budapest and ever since then I’ve been listening, learning, reading, and growing.
I also wanted to live out my creativity and help people at the same time. Together with my sister, I launched Brainflowers in Hungary. She later embarked on a new adventure, running Villa Kairos in Tuscany - so if you ever want a peaceful escape, that’s a magical place to check out.
My work with individuals, families, and teens - blending art therapy, psychodrama, creative processes - has been deeply informed not only by training, but by lived experience. I’ve been a client myself: spending hours in group sessions and in private therapy, walking my own path of healing and growth. That inside experience gives me empathy, insight, and humility as I support others.
Through my time leading groups in Hungary - drawing, storytelling, transformation work - I’ve witnessed that creativity is a powerful doorway to deeper insight.
With Brainflowers, my mission is simple:
I’m here to hold space, spark your creativity, and support your growth. Curious?
